Sean Spicer, Chief Software Architect & Lead Developer of SIGMA³, is an experienced entrepreneur and technological innovator with 18 years of experience designing, implementing and managing high-performance computing and computer graphics software for global technology companies, including SGI, BP and Magic-Earth/Halliburton.

Spicer holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from Duke University, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA in Finance and General Management from the Tulane University Freeman School of Business.  He has been awarded numerous U.S. and international patents in the fields of computer graphics and geophysical interpretation and has held posts with ACM SIGGRAPH and the IEEE Subcommittee on Visualization and Parallel Graphics.
